EL EMBARAZO PRECOZ



Embarazo precoz es lo que conocemos como "embarazo adolescente", justamente por ocurrir en esa etapa de la vida, entre los 11 y 19 años según lo que ha definido la Organización Mundial de la Salud.

ORIGEN DEL EMBARAZO PRECOZ

Abusos sexuales :

 Diversos estudios han encontrado que entre el 11 y el 20 por ciento de los embarazos en adolescentes son un resultado directo de la violación, mientras que un 60 por ciento de las madres adolescentes tenían experiencias sexuales no deseadas anteriores a su embarazo. Antes de los 15 años, la mayoría de las experiencias de la primera relación sexual en mujeres son de carácter no voluntario, Uno de cada cinco padres de hijos de madres adolescentes admite que ha forzado a las chicas adolescentes a tener relaciones sexuales con ellos.^[.

Violencia doméstica:

En un estudio en 379 adolescentes embarazadas y los respectivos padres y 95 adolescentes sin hijos, mostró que el 62% de las niñas de 11-15 años y el 56% de las chicas de 16-19 años admitieron haber sufrido violencia doméstica a manos de sus parejas. Por otra parte, el 51% de las chicas indicaron haber sufrido al menos un caso en que su novio intentó sabotear sus esfuerzos por usar métodos anticonceptivos.^[61]

Factores socioeconómicos:

La pobreza se asocia con altas tasas de embarazo en la adolescencia.^[37] Así, países económicamente pobres, como Nicaragua en América, Níger en África y Bangladesh en Asia y, tienen un número mayor de madres adolescentes en comparación con países económicamente más ricos.

Ambiente en la infancia

Las mujeres expuestas al abuso, la violencia doméstica y los conflictos familiares en la infancia tienen más probabilidades de quedar embarazadas en la adolescencia, y el riesgo de quedar embarazada aumenta con el número de experiencias adversas en la infancia.

CONSECUENCIAS:

Complicaciones obstétricas.

Parto prematuro

Parto prolongado y difícil.

Muerte

Abortos provocados y sus complicaciones.

Los bebes de madres adolescentes tiene una alta tasa de mortalidad al igual que pueden experimentar mal formaciones congénitas, problemas de desarrollo, retraso mental, ceguera, epilepsia o parálisis cerebral.

 PREVENCION DEL EMBARAZO PRECOZ

La manera más eficaz de evitar un embarazo es no tener relaciones sexuales. (Esto se denomina abstinencia). Las parejas que tienen relaciones sexuales deben utilizar métodos de control de la natalidad en forma adecuada y cada vez que tienen relaciones, para evitar un embarazo.

 



LA CIUDAD DEL OLVIDO

Haci denomine a mi  amada ciudad de Colon , la cual ha sido sumergida en el olvido , victima de las promesas hechas por los distintos gobiernos los cuales vienen y van y utilizandola como un blanco mas para obtener  un voto.
. Naci  y creci en  esta ciudad  , con calles estrechas , y parques por doquier desde que entras hasta que sales de dicha ciudad.

Lugar en donde el mal pelea con el bien en el tradicional baile de diablos.

 En donde la belleza y sencillez  de la mujer negra es exaltada  atravez del baile congo.En donde sonreir es una costumbre .Con nostalgia y pesar veo como  los edificios que son  patrimonio historico   son derribados como queriendo borrar la historia. El colonence se mantiene mudo ante tanta injusticia ¿que hacer ante esto?

Po r eso digo  a mi amada ciudad COLON  que para muchos es ZONA ROJA yo aun la veo igual , por que su in fraestructura habra cambiado pero no la calidez de su gente .
